Mark Justin Roiland ist ein amerikanischer Synchronsprecher, Animator, Schriftsteller, Produzent und Regisseur. Er ist am bekanntesten als Mitbegründer des Adult Swim Cartoons Rick and Morty samt dessen Franchise. In der Serie spricht er die titelgebenden Charaktere Rick Sanchez und Morty Smith. Neben Rick and Morty ist Roiland auch Mitbegründer der Hulu-Serie Solar Opposites, in der er den Hauptcharakter Korvo spricht. Zudem sprach er Earl of Lemongrab in Adventure Time, Blendin Blandin in Gravity Falls und Oscar in Fish Hooks. Er gründete das Animationsstudio Justin Roiland's Solo Vanity Card Productions! sowie das Videospielstudio Squanch Games.
